In terms of commercialisation, the company assessed their existing product portfolio, identified opportunities for new products or services, and conducted a market analysis to better position themselves in the defence market. Lastly, FlySight developed a new sales and marketing strategy, detailing their business model, unique selling points, and improving their sales cycle.
