ITTI is a Polish SME from IT sector providing dedicated software solutions and innovative applications, present on the market for over 25 years. Thanks to its participation in the EUDIS coaching services, ITTI was able improve commercialisation of their products and enhace their business development in the defence sector.

Dedicated software solutions and innovative applications in the space sector

ITTI offers its solutions to the space sector (mainly to European Space Agency and European Southern Observatory), as well as to private and public entities in Poland and Europe. The company is also very active in EC R&D programmes where it works on new technologies and solutions for civil security and defence sectors.

ITTI has developed a system for protection against CBRN threats based on heterogenous sensors which applies smart data fusion algorithms for detection and identification of various agents in order to increase the situation awareness of end-users. The system has been designed, implemented and validated in the Horizon 2020 projects (co-ordinated by ITTI) and is currently applied in defence R&D initiatives.

EUDIS coaching journey

With the support of their coach, Piotr Oszytko, ITTI reviewed their company’s strategy, as well as their commercialisation approach. Additionally, they worked on business development and strategic partnerships in order to increase their awareness of the military market. and analysed and reviewed their sales and marketing channels (incl. sales pitches) and looked for potential ways of attracting investors.
