Kairntech’s technology is built around a no-code/low-code AI platform that delivers a full-stack solution deployable in both SaaS and on-premise environments. The platform allows users to create tailored language assistants and chatbots adapted to specific enterprise needs and operational contexts.

At Kairntech, the technology follows a hybrid approach in which large language models are only one component of a broader architecture. Traditional natural language processing techniques remain highly effective, cost-efficient, and well suited to many real-world use cases. Large language models may or may not be used, but when they are, they operate within customisable processing pipelines that also include models, business vocabularies, knowledge bases and a wide range of technical components.
