EUDIS coaching journey

With the support of coach Odysseas Spyroglou, EDAIRTEC reviewed its product-market fit and business model, identifying new potential clients. They also developed an investment case document and a funding strategy to support future growth. In addition, the coach provided effective strategies to strengthen EDAIRTEC’s approach to intellectual property.
